This story began from my lifelong love of animals and the adoption of our wonderful dog, Otis.
In 2017, Otis was rescued by volunteers from Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. He was flown to The Humane Society of Atlantic County in Atlantic City, where we met and fell in love!
The title, Perhaps, was inspired by my father, who told me he loved it when his first-grade teacher, said, “Perhaps.”
